Our Team

TMB is guided by a dedicated board of advisors who provide advice and direction. We also have a management team that ensures the directions provided are adhered to in our day-to-day operations. Our panelists are selected through a strict evaluation system hence they have vast expertise and experience in Mediation, Neutral Evaluation and Negotiation. 

We have a diverse pool of mediators. They include technical mediators who provide professional assistance with for a specific area of expertise, Associate mediators who adept in creating and employing new ways of settling disputes and International Mediators responsible for cross-barrier disputes and bridging gaps. 

Our Neutral Evaluators and Negotiators are knowledgeable, well trained, possess good experience and are efficient in bringing back results. The knowledge, skills and experience of our panel are continually upgraded in tandem with technological advancement and our everchanging world.
